Shane has an extensive career in software testing and delivering quality assurance on over 40 projects and programmes throughout New Zealand and overseas, ranging from development projects to product implementations and digital transformation.

Particular strengths include implementing effective test strategies within projects and at enterprise level with appropriate reporting and governance. And Shane was the first in New Zealand to achieve the expert level ISTQB Test Management certification covering strategic management, operational test management and managing test teams. 

Having settled in Christchurch in February 2019 Shane provides enterprise level test management and test consultancy, support for client wide delivery, and internal staff capability management.
