“We had been finding it difficult to recruit testing staff, partly because those of us responsible for the hiring had little experience or knowledge of the testing industry, including standards and expected qualifications. Furthermore, we were in a particular bind when we were successful in a tender to upgrade CRM 4.0 system to CRM 2011 for a large government agency and we were short on testing resources,” Jaime said.
Magnetism selected Qual IT to support their projects, says Jaime. “Initially we engaged to contract a Senior Test Analyst to oversee our large upgrade project. Next, we wanted to develop our capacity and knowledge in recruiting our own internal testing staff and Qual IT were extremely generous in sharing their expertise, advice and assisting us build a profile of our tester requirements.
